Paul A. Henderson


Mr. Henderson joined the Firm in 2004 after practicing law in California.  He dedicates his practice to the representation of land owners and property management firms on real estate issues including, but not limited to, lease disputes, housing discrimination complaints, administrative regulation, commercial litigation, and stay relief proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court.  A 2003 graduate of Tulane University School of Law, Mr. Henderson was awarded his Juris Doctorate and a certificate in Sports Law.  He is the author of the 2009 edition of the Arizona Multihousing Association’s statewide lease contract, which remains in use today, and teaches landlord-tenant continuing legal education courses for the State Bar of Arizona.  He also has testified on legal issues concerning the residential real estate industry before the Arizona Legislature.
